Location 1 cun proximal to the lateral end of the elbow crease (➞L.I.-11), on the anterior border of the humerus. How to find L.I.-12 is best located with the elbow flexed at 90°. From ➞ L.I.-11 (on the lateral end of the elbow crease), palpate 1 cun towards proximal. There, palpate for the anterior border of the humerus.
