  Location 2 cun below the umbilicus and 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline. How to find The distance between the umbilicus and the upper border of the pubic symphysis is divided into 5 proportional cun, which can vary considerably from the patient’s finger cun; therefore, only proportional cun measurements should be used (helpful tool: elastic tape ➞ 2.3.1). From the umbilicus, measure 2 cun down and 2 cun laterally, where ST-27 is located. Located on the same level are ➞ Ren-5 (anterior midline) and ➞ KID-14 (0.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline).
